Charles Duhigg explains why habits exist and how they can be changed. He presents a whole new understanding of human nature and its potential. He’ll talk about how you can use this book to help develop good habits. The Power of Habit have 3 parts:-

Part 1: Habits of Individuals
The key is to break down the habit into three distinct components. When you know why to take actions, it’s easy to do without doubt.

Part 2: Habits of Successful Organizations
The key is to define as a single habit that produces a positive effect in a person or organization. For example, write down a diary of food you eat and get positive results such as improve your diet, make your exercise, stop junk food.

Part 3: Habits Impact on Society
Duhigg puts this blueprint making a valid point about the nature of habit development. It’s hard to provide a ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution.

The Power of Habit is an excellent book that’s full of interesting concepts and examples. Highly recommend.
