John C. Maxwell: How to Be Confident

John C. Maxwell How to Be Confident

“Within every problem we can find the seeds of opportunity”. John C. Maxwell teaches that all great leaders can handle any circumstances with confidence. He shares the following tips with the maximum of confidence. Here are three:

1. Prepare for every possibility.

Learning from the experts in your industry. Think ahead, be prepared and practice your plan whenever possible. When the crisis comes, your response will be automatic.

2. Communicate as possible.

Be open and describe the problem to your team. Communicate the game plan for solving it. Team members need to hear it often to truly embrace and trust it.

3. Learn to grow.

“The moment you stop learning, you stop leading,” Rick Warren says. Experience is not the best teacher, evaluated experience is. Dig deeply into the tough times.
